- Syntax highlighting textbox for Lua API
- That textbox also supports C# syntax highlighting
- Added framework for custom desktop environments in Lua.

Implements aren-cllc's httpget() lua method. Works perfectly.

It's untested, but in theory it'll all work perfectly.
